Frequently asked questions
What people ask us most.
Don't see your question? Call us and we'll answer it. (862) 215-5504
How do I book an appointment?
Call or text (862) 215-5504, message us on WhatsApp or use the form on this page. The type of service and your city is enough to get started.
What happens after I send the form?
We contact you the way you chose to confirm documents, cost and time. Nothing is scheduled without your confirmation.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the service. Certified translations start at $25 per page and the simple wedding ceremony costs $150. For other services the price depends on the type of document and the distance: we confirm it in writing before the appointment. No surprises.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Everything can be handled in Spanish, in English or in both languages.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal.
What is a mobile notary?
A commissioned notary public who travels to the place you choose: your home, office, hospital or a coffee shop. You pick the place and the time.
What do I need to have ready?
A valid photo ID and the complete but unsigned document. You sign in front of the notary.
Can you give me legal advice about my document?
No. A notary public verifies identity and witnesses signatures. A notary cannot explain the legal effect of a document or tell you what to sign.
Do you notarize in Pennsylvania?
No. My notary commission is issued only by New Jersey, so notarial acts, in person or online, are performed under that commission. In Pennsylvania I do offer the other services, such as apostille coordination, certified translations, interpretation and wedding ceremonies.
Can I get something notarized online without leaving home?
Yes, through remote online notarization (RON): a video call on an authorized platform where I verify your identity and you sign electronically. The notarial act is performed under my New Jersey commission. Not every document qualifies; we confirm beforehand.
