How do I book an appointment?
On WhatsApp, by calling or texting (862) 215-5504, or with the form. The service and your city are enough.
What happens after I send the form?
We contact you the way you chose to confirm documents, cost and time. Nothing is scheduled without your confirmation.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the service. Certified translations from $25 per page; small wedding ceremony $150. Everything else is quoted by document and distance, in writing and before the appointment.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. In Spanish, in English or both.
What should I have ready?
Almost always a valid photo ID and the complete document. The exact list is on each service page.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal.
Are you attorneys?
No. We are an administrative document preparation service. We do not give legal advice or represent you before USCIS. If your case needs it, we recommend consulting an immigration attorney.
Do you guarantee approval?
No one can guarantee a USCIS decision. What we do is check that your package is complete, signed and up to date to avoid errors and delays.
